Saison de Noel All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Powerful seasonal sipper

I've only had this in the keg for a week, and it probably could have used a month in a secondary fermenter, but it's still really good. Next year I'll have to brew it in August instead of November, but I really like it. Lots of interesting spicy notes without adding any spices.

Excellent beer!

I brewed this Saison de Noel for the 1st time and it's excellent! Got an FG of 1.000. 2 weeks of primary, 2 weeks of secondary, cold crash and then into the keg.

Delicious XMas Ale

I brewed this for a holiday gathering and it was a hit! Very nice, smooth and malty. Great compliment from all who enjoyed.
