I have brewed this many times. I prefer the lighter grain bill and not quite so tart taste as opposed to the Blue Moon clones. I use a Grainfather with this kit. Load up 6.5 gallons of water, recirc through the grain bed, and call it a brew. Comes out right at 5 gal, and on the money for specific gravity. Three weeks in fermenter, and keg it. All around everyday drinking beer.

Excellent Tasty Saison

I love this beer for summer, very light and flavorful, but with enough hops for me to enjoy and not so much that my lager loving friends like it as well. This is the second time I've brewed this beer and it will be a regular for my summer drinking.

This is absolutely one of the best beers I’ve made. Super clear and crisp! Will definitely get it again!
