Great Kit and Delicious Beer

Overall a great experience, except there were so many hops in the kit that Northern forgot to send some of them. After getting in touch by chat they did send them promptly. The actual beer turned out great and was a good candidate for my first time kegging.

While a more complicated brew day, this has been a hell of a reward through a fantastically flavored beer. Can’t wait to compare this to the real thing, however enjoyable nevertheless. Bitter at the back end, sweet and complex hop flavored. Well done!

Fantastic Quality: Pricey Shipping

This might be my fifth time brewing this recipe and it is always fantastic. I've had friends buy the recipe and ask me to brew it for them because they wanted both cases. However, the overall ordering experience was marred by, what I felt to be, a lack of transparency with the cost of shipping. I searched for quite some time for an explanation of why my shipping cost was suddenly so high (I've been a customer since at least 2016), and for what the actual shipping rate was: nothing I found simply stated the price, only mentioned standard shipping rate. Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly that means, I'm not sure.
