Pineapple Tomatillo

I stupidly planted them in my GreenStalk…they haven’t matured, probably because the plant is so large and we’ve had some very hard rain! I ate them green…..they tasted ok, but not what they’d be if they were orange. I’m going to try them again in a raised bed….I just got one. I’m hoping they’ll do well next year. Having them fall onto my deck just didn’t work for me or the little pods. My bad…..I’m learning!

These tomatillos are the best, looks like ground cherry but has a sweeter taste which I love.
