Happy Radishes
This was my first time growing radishes. They germinated wonderfully and grew so fast! I enjoyed my first one yesterday and had three more with lunch today. Great flavor with a peppery bite that is lovely.

I'm not sure what I did wrong but these radishes were not crunchy. They were soft and some were inedible. I believe I was at fault. Don't know if I watered too much, not enough, the soil wasn't fertilized properly, or what. I have some seed left over and I will make a second attempt next year.
