I LOVE THIS HERB
I thought I knew what a tasty salad was, but I was living in the dark! The light sweetness of the leaves and stem is so refreshing, I love growing them in a window box in the winter months to add a bit of variety to my salad mix. You will not regret adding it to your repertoire! It grows easily and quickly, looks absolutely lovely! Just make sure not to plant it next to cilantro, simply because the two look a little bit similar (in my opinion). When I was outside in the garden I would have to taste them to differentiate between the two, which wasn't too much of a problem, honestly. I highly recommend giving it a try!!

Sublime!!!
Curled Chervil is an absolute gem for any culinary enthusiast or gardener. This delicate herb brings a refined touch to dishes, offering a subtle anise-like flavor that elevates everything from soups to salads with its mild, sweet taste. Its fine, lacy leaves make it a beautiful addition to the garden, as well as a standout garnish on the plate. What makes Curled Chervil truly special is its versatility. It's perfect for those looking to add a fresh, sophisticated note to their cooking without overpowering other flavors. The herb grows effortlessly in cooler weather, thriving in shaded spots where other herbs might struggle. Its low-maintenance nature makes it ideal for beginner gardeners, yet it's prized by seasoned chefs alike. Whether you're adding it to a classic béarnaise sauce like I do or using it to bring a new dimension to a simple egg dish, Curled Chervil will quickly become a staple in your kitchen and garden. It’s a must-have herb that combines beauty, flavor, and ease, making it a standout addition to any collection.
