I initially reviewed this collar with only one star because the magnetic clasp was not holding well. The company's owner immediately reached out to me to correct this. This is the second collar I have purchased from Hoot and Co., and the customer service and collar quality are excellent. The owner took immediate action to help correct the situation. I highly recommend this collar.

Durable and beautiful collar

This is the second Hoot and Co collar my dog has had. My last one I've had for 3 years and am only replacing it because we upgraded the Fi tracker - the collar was in great condition even after 3 years of daily wear in all weather. My dog is a puller, so it's really important to have a strong collar I can trust. I'm so glad I found Hoot and Co! Not to mention, the colors are natural and beautiful.
