The DUNEY Hands-Free Leashes

Truly one of the best companies ive ever ordered from and the quality is out of this world. I had been waiting to order some leashes from duney for a while, then while ordering i got too excited and ordered the standard leashes instead of the slip leashes ( happy mistake, gave me more reason to place another oder ) posted about my happy mistake and they actually reached out and offered a discount for my next order of the slip leashes i originally intended to order. Immediately ordered the slip leashes as one does, got them and there was only 1 out of the 2 in the box. I reached out to let them know and they IMMEDIATELY got to work on shipping out the second leash from that order. I was given the tracking info very quickly and they apologized immensely for the mistake. Not only did they give me a partial refund for this but they also threw in a keychain that matches the leash with the second leash shipment. Amazing customer service and leashes? Ill be a return customer 100%
