Works as promised. Looking forward to having this when the wind is a little uncooperative and continuing to shoot without lights getting blown over. While a harder, more specular, result, will also fit nicely into my strobe's 7" native reflectors for wider coverage. I guess you could secure it with some magnets from the outside, but the material is already pretty "grippy."

Love this thing so much, we bought a second one

The XL sphere is definitely our favorite go-to out of the magmod products. We love it so much, in fact, that when my husband left it at a wedding at some undisclosed point in time, we didn't hesitate to replace it even though they are rather expensive. Worth the money! The light spreads very evenly and softly, and it's compact enough for us to take on our adventure sessions.

Using this product at social events makes your photos stand out. It's more useful than a light box.
