This is a must have in your bag to go with your ad200. I do a lot of lifestyle ‘run and gun’ shoots and this is the perfect low profile modifier setup for my ad200… this was actually my second kit so I can run these on 2 ad200’s. Definitely get this.

Nice Diffuser

I use this diffuser on my flash all the time and it does the job of softening the light. Indoors, I find it beneficial to position the flash head mostly straight up, slightly forward and angled slightly away from the subject to avoid a hot spot on faces when using the flash as the primary light source. Bouncing the light is even better. The magnet feature makes it convenient to attach and remove for example when adding a gel.
