I think the footage tripods are excellent quality…BUT

I think the footage tripods are excellent quality. However, I think the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I would rather have cheap equipment with superb customer service any day compared to expensive quality equipment and have terrible service. I’ve emailed dozens of times for a broken tripod and received no return email. I’ve also purchased a tripod brand new and wanted to return it still in the box unopened brand new and they wanted me to take it out of the box. Take pictures. and then ship it back to them on my on my time. And then they tell me they can’t accept it because it was opened.

Only used one time so far. It’s a bit short for my 6’3” frame. Should have bought the bigger one. It’s light and easier to put up.
