Please Stay away from this company

I purchased a product advertised as new, but what I received was clearly a used, open-box item with stickers still attached. When I contacted customer support, they avoided addressing the issue instead of providing a straightforward resolution. This was a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this seller.

2 weeks passed and the FedEx tracking still hasn't receive the item. I have already contacted support once, no progress so far....

It started smoking day 1 of using it.
