I’m so thankful for this ring, and it gives me great insight into my sleep, activity, and even blood pressure. The only con is the charger. You have to get the pins just right for it to charge, and it takes pinpoint precision to get it just right.

Love this high tech ring— never seen anything like it before and it seems to work very well!
