When I ordered this body oil, I didn't realize it also contained arnica, eucalyptus, and peppermint oils in it as well. But with neck pain and body aches, I am grateful for the additional ingredients! I add it to an herbal balm with rose absolute and massage it into my muscles, cover it with a heating pad and it's really comforting. The smell of the ginger with lavender is refreshing and spa-like.
