Cherry Preserves 16oz

Broken jar I ordered 10 jars various things I received nine of them unbroken one of them very broken it happened to be sauerkraut which made a big mess on nine other jars I said something to the UPS driver who delivered it he should contact the person you purchased this from I thought I sent you an email and pictures evidently I didn’t because I’ve never heard from you I requested a $6.99 refund for the sauerkraut I think that’s what the price was doesn’t matter and I was disappointed in the fact you did not keep it security enough that the tape was broke and I had a big mess on my hands thank you very much

Texas Best should be congratulated for their great customer service. After I received a different item that I ordered. The sent me the correct item (Their Delicious Cherry Preserves) at no additional cost. They really treated me right and I am now enjoying the preserves at my breakfast.
