Great desk - but instructions need to be better. Couldn't even find a video specifically for the L Shaped Desk.

Huge quality control issues

I've purchased the Motion Ergo2 Series desk before from MotionGrey, and liked it so much I purchased a second one. It was a great product and instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, the same level of quality control cannot be said for the standing L-Desk and I continue to be met with multiple parts and assembly related frustrations. For starters, the included assembly instructions I received were not for the L-shaped desk but was instead for the Motion Series Standing Desk. No problem. To work around this, I relied on the provided PDF document from the website. However they do not tell you that the online instructions are actually outdated. The control box received for the L-Shaped standing desk has since changed and cannot be slid into the frame as it states in the instructions. Additionally, expect some of the parts to be mislabelled on the online assembly manual compared to the actual products you'll receive, but more on that shortly. For the parts, one of the frames sent to me was incorrect resulting in a week and a half wait for the correct part before I could even begin assembling. Per the instruction manual, there are suppose to be two extension cables that would be included for the assembly, but only one was provided. The instructions also indicate two sets of wood screws that are meant to be included, the ST5*16 and the ST5*20. Not only are the ST5*16 screws mislabbeled, but the ST5*20 screws were also missing. I had received a bag of screws labelled M5*16, which I had to reach out to customer service in order to confirm that they are indeed the same as the ST5*16 screws. For the missing set components, I was assured that they would rectify this mistake and that they would make another shipment request to mail out the correct screws and missing cable. After another week and a half, I have just received the package today and instead of providing me the correct ST5*20 screws I instead received every single screw type from the initial shipment EXCEPT for the ST5*20. The missing extension cable was also not included in this shipment. The only reason I'm not giving this a one star rating is because based on the parts received so far I do think that it's a great quality table, but the quality and inventory control for this product is a nightmare. Its been over a month since I've initially purchased the product and I am still waiting on the correct parts in order to finally finish assembling this desk. I shouldn't have to go through long email threads with customer service in order to clarify assembly instructions or have to make multiple requests for parts because the incorrect ones were shipped or not included at all.
