CKG 9x6 Sand Scoop with Carbon Handle

I bought my second scoop (actually third) from CKG in June. I went to put it together, but there wasnt a hole in the scoop for the bolt and nut. I contacted their AI service desk yesterday, a complete joke. It said to send a picture, i asked how i’d upload it and it then told me they don’t support pictures after asking me to upload one. So support got back with me today saying they changed the scoop in April, but for some reason they still send the hardware which leaves someone who already owns their scoop wondering did i get a bad one? So between their AI and lack of instructions, I’v wasted a good 10 hours on this disaster. I’ve bought my last product from this company and I’ve been nothing but supportive. And yes, i also just bought 2 finds bags from them in May, I’d live to return them after this mess.

This scoop is just the right size and it’s very sturdy. I love the carbon fiber handle. It makes it very light.
