Nonexistent customer service
I ordered a set of candles to a family member and had a follow-up question about shipping. No one responded to multiple chat requests on the website over two days, never got a response to my email, and there is no way to reach anyone by phone. Very frustrating experience.

a fun and cute scent. it has a gourmand note that I usually don't go for, but it is well balanced by some fruity, fun, tropical vibes. I have ordered a few smell house candles and I love, the quality is so high for the price. Ty to the scent geniuses behind this <3
