Wycroft Glass and Frame Kit (Half Lite)

The photo on line shows a brown frame. I asked for a brown frame on the online form. I also wrote an email stating I only wanted a brown frame. When the white frame arrived I called customer service to learn the product only comes in white... Oh, but I can paint it. Not impressed. If I realized the product only came in white, I wouldn't have bought it.

Insert assembly fits as intended and door looks good when all is done. Installation relatively easy, except I wish the outside plastic frame would be attached to the glass assembly insert for a safer and easier installation. The frame and insert did separate few times during installation resulting in the risk of dropping out.
