Inswing Threshold

I think overall the 72.5 inch threshold was made well however, one of the threshold adjustment screws was stripped out, and that part of the threshold was bowed broken. I’d set aside time for a repairman to come over and install the threshold that I ordered however because it was damaged we couldn’t install it. I called your customer service line and sent two pictures. They asked me to take two more pictures and they re-ordered the threshold that was damaged. Sure was disappointed in the quality or the quality control that should’ve checked this before they sent it to me. As of now, I’m waiting for the replacement threshold to arrive. I know things happen but I wish someone had taken a look at this threshold before they shipped it. Now I’m behind on my projects, but I’ll catch up. But the CS lady was excellent.

Overall a good product but the adjustable screw parts are not fully pressed together creating too much play in the screws and movement in the threshold cap when installed. Fixed by using a press to fully press the threads to the screw cap but shouldn't have had to do this if it was manufactured correctly.

Worked great for my needs. Wish the adjustment part would come out so fasteners could be concealed for a cleaner look.
