5 Gallon Jugs - Auto Stop

These jugs live up to the hype. They do not leak, therefore they are a must for anytime you need one. We use them on our boat and they are so much better than traditional gas cans.

Awesome jug. Only thing I would add would be a handle or a way to hold it when filling up whatever you’re using it with. It’s a little tough to rotate the container when it’s full but other than that it’s amazing. Love it would recommend it to anyone And planning on purchasing 2 more. Another 2.5 and a 5 gal

"Did my research" before purchasing, so knew what I was getting. Built of sturdy materials, the 5 gallon jug appears rugged, though is a little more top-heavy than a 5-gallon container purchased at an auto parts store it replaced. That container had a wider base and lower height, making it more secure to transport, for example, inside a vehicle. The storage cap leaked a little around the plug threads when tipped on its side, so vertical transport/storage is a must. The filling mechanism is the best I have seen for the consumer market. The flexible, transparent tubing allows you to visually assess the gas (liquid) you are using as you pour and lets you modulate the filling process better than other translucent-only filling tubes from big-box retailers. The ventilation tubing setup also permits an extremely fast pour for a single spout system and the automatic stop is flawless. Overall, an excellent pouring container with only a few drawbacks, that were for sure conscious design decisions by the manufacturer and compromises most of us can live with.
