My mistake. I measured incorrectly and was sent bumpers as requested. Customer service is excellent and very much appreciated. Thank you again.

Seat bumpers did not solve the problem. Now the seat is too high at the rear / held up by rear bumpers . The front bumper does not touch the bowl now. Perhaps bumpers that go closest to the hinge could be just a bit shorter than the ones out front.
