Doesn't fit letter sized hanging folders

It could be a 5 star purchase, as it seems like high quality, but unfortunately standard letter sized hanging folders don't fit properly and pop out from the rails. I contacted support, but it's been over a week with only an acknowledgement that my concern has been received. I am considering returning the product. It's a shame as I bought a second one and will most likely cancel that order as well. I really wanted to like the product, but they don't seem to build products to existing standards, or value supporting their customers.

Solid built cabinet

Very solid built rolling cabinet. It was well protected for delivery. I love it!

Good looks but poor quality

I bought 2 of those filing cabinets to compliment my table. While I don't have any issues with one, I noticed that the other doesn't open or close properly - you need to apply force to open or close it. I wrote to Customer Service with my concerns and after their "consultation with the warehouse specialist", I was told that I needed "to apply quite a bit of force to close the cabinet. The locking mechanism necessitates a tiny amount of force. As a result, the cabinet is in pristine condition." Even their answer was contradictory, because while I apply a tiny amount of force to close one cabinet, I have to apply quite a bit of force to close or open the other. I do not think you should apply QUITE A BIT OF FORCE to a brand new cabinet! Because after only a few months doing that, the mechanism will simply break - simple physics. So, no I would not recommend buying this cabinet, if you are looking for a price/quality ratio. It's overpriced for the quality you get. But it has the looks, that's all.
