Very comfortable chair. It was easy to put together, it's well built and some weight but rolls well even on the basic included wheels.

WORST chair WORST customer service

The seat is stiff and too uncomfortable to sit on for even 40 minutes! The website doesn't provide you the return option. The customer service ignored my return request. No one picks up the phone. The business in google is always closed even in their business hour. Terrible!! If the company deleted my review, I will go to reddit and the red app to spread my worse shopping experience in Canada!
