Hair came packaged beautifully, have not yet washed and installed. Bought shorter inches prior and was looking for something longer, did not wash prior to last install so won’t review right now. Love what I’ve seen so far from other customers and their installs will update once mine has been installed thanks for the nice bundles and packaging

If you’re like me and you’ve been watching this company for a while before making a big purchase, I completely understand wanting reassurance while you wait. This was definitely a big girl purchase for me, and I did my research beforehand. My order was unfortunately lost in transit with UPS, which caused delays and some initial frustration. I ultimately received my order, and I’m grateful everything worked out in the end. My advice would be to stay patient, keep communication open, and understand that situations like this can happen during transit. It worked out for me in the end, and I’m glad I followed through with my purchase.
