The quality of hair is good the color took well the customer service needs some help the girls that work in the showroom or lackluster and personality and don’t care to really be personable with Clients.

Wonderful hair as always, there was a little bit of an issue with that customer service. I hope they get this issue resolved quickly. Otherwise that will affect the overall business

I spent nearly $500 on three bundles of hair, and I’m honestly so disappointed. The hair doesn’t hold a curl, sheds excessively, and tangles way too easily. I really expected much better quality for the price.
