This bundle was extremely mattey and sheds alot. I reached out to the company about this like a few days after I got it and they asked for my order number and its been radio silence. However, although they cant return an email about the hair and its quality, they can continue to delete my comments on IG even the one just asking like how long does it take to heae back, which I think is a reasonable question.
