Bertello Bamboo Pizza Peel

Great for building pizza in kitchen and then loading into oven. Much better for loading than metal peel.

I prepare all the pizzas on here first, slide them in the oven then use the metal peel.

I use this peel to slide the pizza's into the oven. With some corn meal or flour the pizza's slide right onto the pizza stone
