Limited Edition Filiz Handwoven Towel

So thin...and so disappointed

I wanted to love these towels. They are listed as a mid-weight towel but are extremely thin. They do seem to absorb well and dry quickly but are not cozy at all and I am freezing and miserable after every shower. The other thing that I dislike is that despite being such a thin fabric and after 4-5 washes (and a several hour presoak prior to the first wash) they leave small bits of blue fabric fuzz on my skin when drying off. My husband refuses to use them and I pretend to like them since I spent so much money for them. Hopefully the linty fuzz will eventually go away and maybe the thin material will be okay during the summer time or for the extremely rare occasions we go to a pool. I do love the mosaic blanket I purchased...although sad that they have a larger size now and wish I would have waited for that. I got the Aksam hand towels (and would have gotten the bath towels but were and have been out of stock for months) and I much prefer this towel and while it is also thinner material it is definitely thicker and much softer than the Filiz and I have not noticed the fuzz transfer (although I use this for my hair)

Love the size , love the fact I can use as so many different things, bath towel , hair towel , blanket , wrap , it’s such a generous size and gets softer and more absorbent with each wash and use !

Large towels. Fabric sturdy and I hope gets more absorbent over time. Multi purpose. Good product.
