Catch of the Day Bundle

Arrived a day earlier than expected... rockfish and yellowtail from California... seared the yellowtail and it was delicious! Also make marmitako with them paired together... again, delcious!

Fresh and it was such a wonderful surprise with fresh fish that confirmed to be appropriate for sushimi!!

Absolutely delicious!! Beautiful cuts of Hiramasa and Dry-Aged Alfonsino. We did Sashimi, also grilled some, and then made a chowder. High quality products. Looking forward to our next surprise box!
