The roe was great but your shipping price was almost TWICE the cost of the item. I will not be ordering again nor will I recommend you to my friends.

I have some mixed feeling. I thought when I paid for next day air, that it would be sent 'the next day'. It should be more explicit that on your site. I haven't recieved my other part of the order as UPS damaged the box and because of the delay, the uni was spoiled. Jessica at your business has helped me and had the order resent so she deserves a big thanks. It was actually meant for my wife's birthday (uni is her favorite special treat) last weekend so was a big disappointment it wasnt here. I don't blame you since I learned it was UPS's fault but still the entire episode left a pretty bad impression on the whole situation Best regards Edward
