Excellent Crust on Bread

I love this loaf pan. At first I was a little nervous because it is smaller than other loaf pans, but it worked well and put a lovely crust on the bread.

Well Crafted Quality

So lightweight and gorgeous! Bakes loaves beautifully every time. Best quality in my opinion above Le Creuset as these are still made in France.

Love this Clay color baker for pumpkin spice bread

I absolutely adore this dish. I was looking for a perfect dish to bake Williams Sonoma’s quick gluten-free pumpkin spice bread, and this is it. It bakes beautifully and the break comes out super-moist compared to a multitude of other baking forms I own. I also love that I can slide the bread right back into this dish after cooling and that I don’t have to worry about the knife scratching the surface. The Clay color is fantastic, goes with anything.
