Second pair of Emma shoes as comfortable as first pair

Orthofeet's Emma style ankle boots, with their several inserts offered for semi-custom fit, are so comfortable, even after hours of city walking, that I ordered a second pair. It is as comfortable as the first pair. With no sore feet the night after wearing for hours, it's worth keeping the shoes in good repair and having a backup. I mink-oiled each pair before wearing to stride through town and city slush and rain.

I vowed I would never buy shoes on line again but these are great.

I really like the boots.They are comfortable, cute and the only shoes I have ever bought on line that actually fit correctly. I like the way you can customize the size with liners and arch support. I would like to get some more.

Not working for me

Love the color and style however, my left knee becomes aggravated after wearing these even short time. If longer than an hour, both knees hurt. I dont fault the footwear, I have had some increasing knee/ligament issues prior to purchase and these boots aggravate them for some reason . Im very disappointed I cant wear them .
