Great jardigan, needs production QC for shoulder pads

I love, love, love M.M.LaFleur and have multiple jardigans. The latest St. Ambroeus 3.0. is a more comfy version than the OG, esp with less-tight sleeves. But, product arrived with twisted pad in the shoulder that I couldn't fix, so I had to exchange it, which was super-easy. Replacement arrived just in time for a big event, but with a shoulder pad detached on one end, which was annoying. I made it work for the event then paid a tailor to get the pad sewn up correctly, since M.M.LaFleur boutique in DC (where I was traveling for the event) said they couldn't help me.
