Who knew trout could look like salmon?

I learned from KAI that ocean trout eats a lot of shrimp that turns their skin orange, like a light colored salmon. This is one of my go-to purchases when it's available. Light, flaky, and just delish!

I would give this a five, except..........

The quality of the Tasmanian Ocean Trout is outstanding but i paid for two 2.6 pound filets but they were actually only about 1.5 pounds. I contacted Kai and they provided me with another filet but that required another trip to their warehouse.
