I really hate admitting that this is my all-around favorite knife. I didn’t think that I would like using it for as many kitchen jobs as I’ve used it for. I have more expensive knives that are better, but I like the way the handle feels in my hand, and the blade was extremely sharp right out of the box. I don’t know what it’s going to be like a few months down the road, but so far so good.
