Straps not durable

I've used this bag for about 2.5 years but unfortunately I am now actively shopping for a replacement. I have used it almost every day as my work backpack, other than a 3 month period less than a year after purchase when it was sent back to the manufacturer overseas to repair a shoulder strap (the stitching started to come out). But the straps are starting to pull out from the top of the bag again and there are more and more areas of loose stitching and general wear near the straps (I am unable to post pictures with the review). The team was very helpful with the first repair and I really wish this had worked out, but ultimately I just don't think this bag is designed for heavy daily use for the long term. I have a Fjallraven that is over 10 years old (and was used daily for ~5 years) that is in better shape, and I am still looking for the ideal all-leather version of that. I wish this bag had worked out because I liked the design, but the straps just seem to be a weak point.

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish it was slightly larger. Could use 1.5 inches in height/ width and depth.
