Didn’t get was was ordered

Hi! Let me start with, I LOVE these products! The cherry blossom is incredible. Unfortunately I ordered 3 regular diffusers and 3 refill diffuser sets. I received 6 regular and not any refills. Tried emailing and no response.

Nice scent, poor quality control

I ordered this as a gift. The scent is nice and the other items in my package came well handled. However, I'm not sure if it was a result during transportation, but the sticker on this tin can was wrinkled. It's very unfortunate because this was a gift. This has never happened before, but I felt like it ruined the quality of the gift.
