Disappointed customer
I am writing this review as a longtime and previously very loyal customer to express my disappointment with how my recent order issue was handled. My shoes were stolen on delivery, and Orthofeetās only response was an email stating that they are not responsible for stolen packages. While I understand that you are, of course, under no legal obligation to replace the shoes that we did not receive, there is a big difference between what a company is required to do, and what a company chooses to do for a loyal customer. What was most disappointing was not the loss itself, but the fact that the case was closed with no gesture of customer care whatsoever - no partial credit, discount code, replacement offer, store credit or even a meaningful attempt to preserve the relationship with a customer who has invested significantly in your company over time. Strong customer service is measured not just by how companies handle routine transactions, but by how they respond when loyal customers experience problems outside the ordinary. I hope you will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future, particularly for longtime customers. At minimum, I wanted to share how discouraging this experience has been and how much it has impacted my perception of your company.

The shoes met my needs. They were great helping with balance at the same time providing excellent comfort. The extra insoles were great helping with a more comfortable fit.

I wear foot braces and have a hard time finding shoes that will accommodate fitting my braces in the shoe. The Edgewater was a perfect fit.
