Good not great

I was trying replace a orthofeet shoe that they made into hikers. I like the shoe except fof the toe box. It's not as wide as my old shoes. I stretched them but still a little tight. Customer Service was great. I accidentally ordered wrong size they exchanged promptly and no issues.

Using for work so far so good had to use fillers which was nice will order again but will order two sizes to see which one fits better

Great Purchase - But ...

This is a high quality, excellent shoe. With the included insoles I was easily able to customize for my feet. However, because I have severe arthritis in my feet I needed to rearrange the shoe laces for a looser fit in the middle, BUT I could not do this because it is impossible to move them out of the little rubber guides. Had to cut them and buy new laces. Please fix this issue to help those of us with arthritic feet.
