My wife loves this brew. I add some additional pumpkin spice and pumpkin filling.

Messed up batch

I can’t review this because unfortunately I messed up while sanitizing and my batch was infected. I’m in the process of brewing this kit again hopefully with much better results! I’ll send a better review then. My service was very good though!

Close to what I wanted

The kit was very organized, and the directions were excellent. I added roasted pumpkin, trying to get a super pumpkiny final flavor. With a name like "Smashing Pumpkin," you'd kind of expect that, right? Even with the added pumpkin, it was still not *quite* what I was hoping for, but it wasn't too far off. I have no qualms with the kit, but maybe I need to move beyond extract kit territory to really get the flavor profile I'm aiming for.
