Smooth coffee stout

Not too malty or sweet, definitely I would say the coffee comes through strong. Not much if any pumpkin spice taste but that’s fine, the beer is super drinkable and approachable for those who don’t usually like heavier high abv stouts. Nice for the holiday season

A fun beer for cooler fall weather!

I used BIAB method on this one. Everything went well and I increased the spice to a 1-1/2 Tbsp due to a few reviews who hoped for a more pronounced spice character. I also ground the coffee beans and made a cold brew yielding a pint. I poured this in when I kegged the beer. Probably won’t make it again till next fall but it’s very enjoyable!

Solid Brew

Used Voss Kveik at around 75-80f and everything came out very nice. Will brew again.
