The beer recipe was simple, and the brewing process went well. The finished product is very good, however, there is very little honey flavor.

I just brewed this on 6/30/25. Right now it is in second fermentation. Testing the gravity it looks good and it taste good. I did add jalapeño extract at the beginning of second fermentation. I did take a taste afterwards and it taste wonderful. I will be bottling this next week. If I have any changes to my readings, I will submit that but right now everything is good. Honey Kolsch review

It was a faster brew than whole grain. The honey was crystallized. Made for a difficult addition. We are currently drinking it. It tastes better with lemon.
