I actually did not purchase this for myself, it was sent out as an appreciation to a company that helped out my granddaughter in the middle of nowhere California. The brisket was fabulous! We had a group of ten over for a wine dinner, and everyone loved the brisket. We have gotten the sausages for years, and they are always great!
