Easy to assemble and feels well made

The locker was easy to put together and seems to be pretty good quality. 2 months in and no issues so far. I also reached out to ask if they had self-leveling feet because the floors in my old apartment building are so skewed and they sent me a set right away. Great customer service/responsiveness.

A bit flimsy for the price.

It’s cute enough, but was expecting it to be a bit sturdier for the price. Would rate it a solid 3.5.

Great product, amazing customer service.

We ordered The Skinny in chalk for our laundry room and it fit perfectly in between the machines and the wall, helping to significantly organize all our jackets and shoes in the space. I could not be happier with our purchase and wish we had space for more lockers. It's a great mix of modern and vintage that works. The bigger story though, is how absolutely wonderful customer service has been. I inadvertently had The Skinny sent to our old address (in a different state) and the team went above and beyond to get the product to our new address... despite this being my error. Mustard could have easily left us to figure out how to get The Skinny from NY to MA on our own, but they were truly exceptional in helping us course correct. I cannot recommend them enough and say that having never written a product review before this. That is how great Mustard has been.
