Salmon's good, but my order was incomplete

Second time ordering this. I ordered two and only got one. Customer service was vaguely sorry and refunded my purchase price since they can't ship just one. It was supposed to be part of a gift. Mistakes happen- that I understand. The lousy customer service I can't.

Outstanding

As usual, the package arrived with the smoked salmon on ice in an insulated pouch. This is wonderful because our daytime temperatures are running 115-117 degrees Fahrenheit. I’m a repeat customer and I recommend buying from this company !
