Bourbon & Brown Sugar Hot Smoked Salmon

Came WITHOUT ICE and fish was very warm to hot when box opened. Also, why the long shipping time? I adore your salmon but this order not good!

As an intriguing taste combination for salmon it was worth a try. Though it was good, it was too sweet for our taste. So, if you lean to sweeter varieties you'll love it. We'll stick with lemon pepper or just plain smoked.

Did not know this would arrive frozen. I would give it a solid, good grade of eight out of 10.
