Amazing
I trained for a marathon last year and really struggled with the training and, ultimatley, with the marathon. The training plan I was using was really vague “do strength training” “run x number of miles”
The training plan from Ben has been totally game changing for me, so detailed for pacing, strength training and different types of runs. I’m already seeing a difference in myself and I cannot wait to get to the ultra marathon and get it done!
