Buffalo & Blue Cheese Chicken Tortilla Crisps

While we did fine the tortilla bites tasty, we likely won’t order them again unless the company changes their packaging and/or shipping practices. We placed our order to be sent out on a Wed for Fri delivery. It didn’t go out until the following Mon with delivery on Wed, one day before I needed them for a family gathering. They also were poorly packaged and became quite misshaped en route, which also raises a concern of whether the single gel pack and paper “insulation” kept the product sufficiently frozen in transit. The appetizers were packed loose in an inner plastic bag, which allowed them to bounce around during shipment. The product’s cardboard packaging were also soggy upon arrival, so again I’m concerned about whether food safety is a high enough concern for this company. I live in the PNW so it’s not like it’s too hot up here in late November.
