Absolutely beautiful sound and amazing quality!! Not to mention it arrived in two days!!

Flute was perfect. Exactly as described. But what sets this apart was the customer service! I ordered the flute at 11AM on a Thursday, called to clarify about the shipping address, asked them an approximate date they would ship because we were hoping to have it in plenty of time for state solo and ensemble. They said they would do everything they could to get it shipped that day. Not only did they ship it that day, but it arrived at our house on Saturday. Two days later. Thank you!! will recommend an order again in the future!
